American healthcare?

Ex-husband and I are divorcing, we are considering a name change..?

Where can I find a template for a charitable contribution letter?

Wow, DIY travel packing for a kid is -not- easy if you've never done it before, and especially if you're not getting a lot of input from parents. I can't give a -complete- list because a lot of this is personal preference, but I can describe how to -think- about how to do it. You don't need to be well organised about a Large Project such as this, but you need to break it down into small -pieces- of the project. Do each piece one at a time and it will all fit together. I've done several month long international trips using these ideas.. . There are many 'common' items that your Mom might be taking care of. You'll need to ask her about some details, whether -you- need to be accountable for certain things or not.. . Think about what an average day for you is like, the things you do and the items you use. You wake up in the morning, get cleaned in the bathroom, get dressed, and do a few thing during the day. You need to bring everything that you need for morning bathroom time. But here's where asking your Mom already comes into it. For instance, probably everyone in the family has a shampoo and soap preference, but washcloths and towels might be a common thing. You need toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo. But you need to ask if you need to bring 'common launderable' items such as towels.. . You need clothes. There's no way you can pack two weeks worth of clothes. Ask your Mom how many days you need to pack for. She should be planning for a certain number of laundry stops. Could be 1 or 2 or 3. So you'll need to pack clothes for 7 or 5 or 4 days between laundries.. . Account for clothes from feet to head: shoes, one pair plus an extra should be enough, socks, pants, underwear, shirts, sweater/jacket as you prefer, rain slicker for bad weather preferably with a hood, hat to stay warm if this is in a cooler season. This about everything you wear and bring enough of each to account for the number of days you need to be ready for.. . Personal entertainment. Music player, small portable radio if you have one, a couple of books if you're stuck inside for bad weather, a couple of -small- hobby items if you do anything like that. Camera if you have one is important!!. . And that's really about all -you- should be responsible for. Almost everything else like blankets and cooking stuff are parents responsibility. Ahhh, you'll need your -pillow- for sleeping, but again pillow -cases- might be a common item, ask Mom about that.. . Organisation, -write- everything you think of in a -list-. Ask you Mom to -please- check it to see if you've thought of everything.. . As far as organisation through the trip, here's a great tip: find some small plastic bags that you will pack into the case. You need a few bags for smaller items such as socks, and underwear. That way there won't be eight or a dozen socks flailing around, just the one small 'package of socks.'

What will I need to apply for a mortgage?

You file a revocation of power of attorney. You should try to get the actual document back from her. She can still do a lot of damage with it even though you file the revocation. Make sure she gets a copy of the filed revocation too. If you can prove she was aware of the revocation she could be held criminally responsible for any transactions she makes with the document after that. Take a court-filed (file-stamped) copy of the revocation to any institutions that you think she could use the POA at and ask them to put a copy in their files.
