• Darrell Uptegraft was born in Michigan, but lived in many parts of the country on wildlife refuges as his father was a refuge manager for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Darrell attended San Francisco State University and studied?marine biology and chemistry. After exploring his interest in science, Darrell set his sights on law school and enrolled in the University of Puget Sound School of Law.

  Darrell started clerking for Ryan Sells Uptegraft, Inc. P.S. in 1981 and continued to clerk for the firm while attending law school. Darrell joined Ryan Sells Uptegraft, Inc. P.S., as an associate attorney and is?now a full partner in?the firm. He has had broad experience during his career, but has focused his practice in the area of plaintiff's personal injury.

right, well i don't have any contacts with my father and i wanted to change my surname from his to my mothers maiden name, i am nearly 14, i doubt that he will give me consent to change it now, so how old do i have to be to legally change it, or can i do it now without his consent?. just to clear up, this was not my mothers desision, it was my own for reasons he knows. and also, im from england.. sorryyy.

Name, Surname & other details as mentioned on the School Leaving Certificate or the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination certificate is based on the application for made at the time of appearing for the said examination by the applicant student which has to be countersigned by the father/guardian & the Principal of the School. Secondly for change of surname after marriage to be made in a bank may not take anytime or effort as mere telling the bank official to change it may be there as he states here but for the amendment in the Passport of a married woman it requires a process where an application for amendment/change of name/surname along with fee, copy of valid marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriages & even copy of the husband's Passport will be required, this whole process require time & money. The various governmental process are being conducted according to proper Rules & Procedures not by simple way as if the government departments are our fathers property where any one can get things done as one may wish, may be banks & bankers are doing it in this way that?s why we find three important International Banks/financial institutes became bankrupt & evaporated in USA in no time.
