where can i find a free website for Business letter writing skills?

A while a go I volunteered for an organisation created websites for them, etc. I also designed a logo for them, whilst I was a volunteer. Shortly after I began working for them but soon after that realised they where breaking some employment laws and I took them to a tribunal. Needless to say this angered them and they told me I could no longer work or volunteer their.. . To cut a long story short they seriously annoyed me, demanded that I hand over all the work I had done as a volunteer, mainly designs, etc. Needless to say I did not hand it over as it was not created under employment and I asserted I was the original owner of copyright under the 1988 copyright, designs and patents act.. . I also told them not to use any of my original work, some was still stored on a computer at their premises which I had no access to to delete the work. I have found out that they are still using a particular design I created whilst a volunteer and I would like them to not use or pay me compensation to continue using it.. . As I said I have told them several times to not use my work but because I'm not a powerful lawer they obviously don't listen.. . Can I send them a copyright infringement notice myself (and where do I get a template), or should I go through a solicitor and take court action.. . Thanks.

Hi,. . I am wanting to put an order form on our Joomla website where the user can select the items we have in stock (we have a stock on hand database that gets updated in the backend) and hit send. There are no payments, it just sends us an email or saves it on the site for us to process.. . I cant seem to find a plugin and am not sure what to even search for as the list needs to update as per the database.. . I like the Fabrik extension however it seems to be the wrong one to use for this.. . Thank you,. Matt.

The form of address is how you are suppose to formally call someone, like: Mr. John Smith, Mrs. Mary Jane, Dr. Joe Jones, Senator Joe Shmoe, etc. . There are different forms of address for people of different titles, and the forms of address could be different depending on when you speak to them directly or when you write it down in a letter, etc.. . Was there a specific form of address you're asking about?

I have some software that is designed for real estate developers and I have share it with some to get some feedback and see if there has been any value. The response was very positive and I was told repeatedly that they would be willing to pay for the software. To be clear, toe software is tied into my site so I am able to maintain who is using it and whether they are permitted to use it.. . In short, here is what I am considering. . -I could sell the software individually. . -I could sell the software on a subscription basis. . -I could give the software away free, build up a massive base of customers, and make money via advertising or just selling the company (the youtube strategy I suppose).. . Taking the 3rd approach, if I was able to get up to 100,000 users, how is the company evaluated?. To be more specific, I can totally understand how to evaluate thins on the first 2 approached, but if I am trying to just get as much exposure as possible with the 3rd approach, I am not sure how the business world evaluates business in this manner.

A durable power of attorney will allow you to sell property for your father, or transfer title to automobiles and other personal property while he is still alive. When your father dies all the power you had as his attorney-in-fact ends immediately. And at that point you will have to file a petition in probate court to have his will allowed and have you appointed as the executor of his will.. . Your father should consult a competent attorney to get a durable power of attorney prepared so that you can take care of those things that he wants taken care of. Beware that you might have to have special forms to transfer automobile registration forms. Check with your Registry of Motor Vehicles with respect to their procedures when POAs are involved. If complicated, get your father to sign the required forms himself while he still can.. . Remember that if your father owns any real or personal property in his name alone at his death, then you will have to probate his Will and be appointed the Executor/Executrix thereof in order to sell that property. But you get a step up in cost basis for income tax purposes if that property is included in the computation of your father's federal and state estate tax (even if no tax is due, which is almost always the case).
