If frames (like FrontOffice) and dynamic temapltes (like Expression Web) are not really viewed as efficient or simple, then what does a free software application to do? My web pages all need to share the same header of links, but if the two mentioned are getting old, and I only use free software (so match their term to frames/dynamics), what program should do what to create something (I say something because products can use different words for the same thing) clean and simple without the old and shun? Without the "only this program can make them so you are screwed" vision?. . Currently, the only free application to do this is Microsoft Expression Web 3. No other freebie I know of does anything similar to dynamic web templates. At least no freebie that has not been updated in three years.. . Thoughts?. . Thank you.. Wow, things to look at.
