• Alexis A. Klatt joined the Throne Law Office in September of 2012. Ms. Klatt’s primary focus is environment and natural resources law. She assists oil, gas, and other mineral companies in the preparation of mineral title opinion, as well as related mineral transaction and mineral probate matters.

  Ms. Klatt graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2012, where she also worked extensively for the University of Wyoming, Department of Residence Life and Dining Services. She also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

  Alexis is Wyoming born and raised, originally from Wheatland and Platte County. As a life-long native, Alexis has enjoyed working on a number of cattle ranches in southern Wyoming, training colts, raising livestock, showing horses and mules, and even spent a summer touring the state as the Horseman’s Association Rodeo Queen of Platte County, Wyoming. Me and a business partner are opening up a small business and have a private investor who wants to invest all up front costs ($68,000) to open the business. In return, he wants a portion (5-20%) of the net profits per year, or month. After "X" amount is reached, he wants to lower his profits to around 2-5%. Where is a good website that has a sample contract for these terms? We may go the route with a lawyer, but this is a family member and just wants it notarized and be legible. Any good legal advice?.

where cand i find reports written samples from?

NEW JERSEY - This is regarding an attorney's client who is a "motor vehicle accident" patient in a Rehab Center. Now, the PARALEGAL from the attorney's office seems like she wants to speed up the reimbursements and wants to send the bills herself, expediting it using the "power of the attorney" and is DEMANDING the ITEMIZED bills and the medical records of this patient from the facility. Is this right? Shouldn't the proper procedure be billed by the medical provider's biller sending the approved Health Insurance Claim Forms, with the attending provider's signature and the medical records?.

I tried looking it up and can't find anything only to work at a store. I want info on the models like on the bags (when you buy something). like waist size etc..
