can you help me with a tenant I have?

or had way too many graphics.. . I just need a nice looking simple template composed of 6-7 pages, including homepage. where can i find these?

In the source below, I have listed where you can view some sample invoices in PDF.

on 7 jan i put in an application for a change-of-name. They quoted 2 weeks for getting it. On the 15th I am going to Melbourne with a ticket under my former name. When you have a change-of-name cert. you are supposed to immediately advise people. It will be assumed that i have received. It. I will not get home till 20 jan, the week that i am due to get the certificate. If the cert. comes while i am in Melbourne, does that change what i have to do in order to take the flight home? Is anything rendered invalid etc? Obviously at that point will not be aware of having received the certificate..

i have 3 children and have been divorced for almost 3 years. when we first split up my ex and i decided that i would have 70% and him 30% because he's in sales and is out of town a lot. after i started dating and got a boyfriend he was jealous and took me back to court to get 50% which i could not afford to legally fight so it was granted. now, my oldest daughter, 11, just told me she wants to be with me most of the time, only seeing her dad every other weekend. i told her she would need to discuss with her dad and she said she already had and he had a fit saying "don't you want to be my daughter anymore?" and "don't you want to have the last name xxxxxx anymore?". she said he was just all blown up and hasn't asked him again so now she is asking me. does anyone know what/how i would go about asking the courts for this? i told her i'de check into it and she said that if she can, SHE wants to ask the courts to make the change. any advise?.

We are applying for a FHA loan to purchase our first home and our mortgage officer suggested that we write the letter for possible lenders. We have good credit and only one inquiry is not related to trying to purchase a home..
