My fiance and I both want to have a different last name when we get married. How can we do that in Missouri?

2) ___________

Is there a sample letter I can use to write to my ex-spouse to consider increasing child support?

However, if circumstances made it clear that the other spouse would not have entered the agreement, as it was drafted, had that spouse known of the full extent of the wealthier spouse's assets and income, then clearly the agreement would be void as lacking the informed intent.

I call it the 7 7's Tax Reform where each tax is at 7 percent and maybe could replace the IRS.. 7% Income Tax. 7% Property Tax. 7% Sin Tax. 7% Corporate Tax. 7% Dividends Tax. 7% Capital Gains Tax. 7% National Sales Tax. Is this a good plan or a bad one? . Please give me the pros and cons of this? Would this bring in enough revenue? I AM NOT an expert on economics but I just want to know if this is a good plan or a bad plan? Would this help America's people and economy or hurt it? Pros and Cons please?.

All my documents have my maiden name. Some people tell me all I have to do is go the ssa office to make the change since my license and passport and everything else has my maiden name. Other people tell me I have to do the change through the court. I would prefer not to go through the court but I want to make sure I chose the most effective way. Can anyone tell me if I can simply go to the ssa office to change my name back to my maiden name? Thanks!.
