We can represent you in cases involving vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction accidents and product liability.

By preparing a case for trial from the beginning, we are able to obtain better settlements when negotiating with the defendant or the insurance company. We are experienced with all stages of personal injury litigation and know how to document a case, investigate and pursue full compensation. Our experienced lawyers include Steven O. Teal, who was selected as a Super Lawyer for the past three years, and attorney Thomas Q. Winter, who is a board-certified radiologist.

With a physician-lawyer on staff, we have a unique understanding of medical issues. It is essential that an attorney understands the past, present and future complications of the injuries. We are able to review medical records, consult with treating physicians and ask the questions necessary to prepare the case. When taking the deposition of an insurance company's expert or doctors, we know how to contest their statements.

As one of the most respected personal injury law firms in California, we have obtained settlements and won trial verdicts in the multimillion-dollar range. We work vigorously to help clients recover compensation for medical bills, lost wages, property damage, and pain and suffering. For a free consultation, call 916-596-2716 or 707-284-0050.
