  Geoff is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He also is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice and an officer of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles where he currently serves on their Board of Governors. Since 1995, Geoff has served as an arbitrator for the Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. He is a frequent lecturer on trial preparation and practice in California. Other professional organizations that Geoff is a member of include the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations, Santa Monica Bar Association and Eighth Street Trial Lawyers. the non biological grandparents were my dad, although not blood and step mom. the step mom has caused drama with all three of our dads daughters, because of this woman starting drama, our dad has disowned us all. i moved to hawaii with my son my daughter and my daughter father for a fresh start as the father was an alcoholic and a liar. my "dad" lived there too. while staying there i did smoke weed but never once put my children in danger nor smoked around them. i left hawaii for another man, my sons father in ohio. my daughters father was hurt and angry and filed for custody in spite of me. i signed over medical power of attorney for a month for my daughter and this is when this took place. the day i left the step mother put weed in the house (believe me) and filed a police report. the step mother has expressed the need for another child as well as mental instability. it was their plan thee entire time to use my daughters father so he would be awarded custody and then they would take custody from him, ive known this from the beginning.). . any thoughts opinions on what to do and how to prove these non biological grandparents are unstable?.
