How Can I Find out if I Was Cheated Out of My Inheritance ?

I hate to say it, but changing my last name to his makes me feel suffocated. . I honestly feel like the whole room is closing in on me when I think about changing my last name to his.. I feel like Im giving up ME and Im officially under his wing and I sort of feel that Im trapped.. . Is it bad to feel that way?.

If for example, I write an email to you and I ask you one or more direct questions, it would normally be your turn to answer those questions in a return email reply. But just because someone asks a question doesn't mean they deserve an answer. Sometimes no answer is necessary. . If one were to ask you in email the color of your eyes, you might find that question inappropriate, and decline to respond at all. Or, you may know the asker and you would then say, 'my eyes are brown, why do you ask?'... Generally when someone is asked a direct, non-invasive question on general topics common to both parties, an answer should be expected. Sometimes people forget what they just read in an email and forget to answer all the questions or make comments on all that was discussed in the email. This does not make the person replying rude, merely forgetful.

    Business Letters?

Hi guys, I'm composing my first Model Release here and there are some things I'm not sure about. My law-student boyfriend is helping me with it but since he's still a student, he doesn't know everything.. . 1. I had my first photo shoot with 1 girl a week ago and I have to put the date on the model release so it's clear which shots are "covered". The problem is I forgot to put the correct date in the camera so the pictures say "2008" instead of "2010". So should I correct the info on those shots (if it's possible) or which date should I put on the model release form??. . 2. I live in the Czech Republic so there are a few law paragraphs included in the Model Release form (Czech law, of course). In case I find an English/Chinese/Dutch model to photograph (TFP/TFCD), which law-paragraphs should I include in the Model Release? Surely I cannot use the Czech law if it's an English model, or can I?? What determines which law will be used when (knock on woods!!!) I get sued by an English model?.
