estate planning

I think cover letters are very important! If you have a good work history and something to brag about, it's the perfect place to show it. If you don't have a work history yet, it's also a great way to show your ambitions. Employers get alot out of a cover letter as they tend to show personality.. I would make the majority of it very standard, however tailor the beginning of it for each position. "I am applying for the ___ position" and say why you think you'd be great for the job "in my past experiences...". Also say your computer skills, people skills, your most recent job and what your primary skills & tasks were there. In the end of the letter, thank the company for reviewing your attached application.. . I have been to interviews where they even told me that they were so wow'd by the cover letter. It really does get you in the door better.. . As long as your honest, follow these steps and you're sure to have a great one. Cover letters are the best place to show a company that you're a real person.

What is the best way to setup a living trust?. Thru a lawyer? or can I do it myself?.

Would you change your name to its Irish version and how would you do it?.

When I got my last name changed it didn't cost me anything but $10 for my driver's license. A new social security card didn't cost anything. But I also got married in Pennsylvania, so I'm not sure how different that is from Missouri. The only thing other than the $10 was the marriage license as a proof of marriage.

my brothers ex wife has power of attorney over his finances and plans to gift money from his estate to two of his four children he suffers from alzhimers is this acceptable.
