Why do you need a college education in order to start your own business?? If you want to be an entrepreneur, then college is not a necessity. I would take college classes that will give you information in order to develop the skills you are going to use in real estate. There is always great money in real estate ( contrary to popular belief) but you must understand the ins and outs of the business. Go to the book store and start reading everything you can get your hands on. Learn and take to an accountant to understand what options might be best for you in this field.
