  August 2013I had contacted the Dolan Law Firm to talk to them about a medical neglect case.? My husband is in his 2nd week of AIT for the Army.. His recruiter told him that our family would be able to move to his location for his AIT due to it being over 20weeks (Yea I know, never trust a recruiter). But once he got there, his platoon sgt told him that it wasn't gonna happen, not to worry with it... that they weren't payin for it, and we couldn't come.. So we thought I could come on our own dime and live off base and just see him in his free time... But I needed power of attorney over my husband to put his income on a lease for the apartment, since I have no income... . When he went to get POA, his platoon sgt, chain of command and instructor all got mad at him for doing it, and now his insturctor is saying he is going to get him kicked out no matter what... . I know it was a stupid, don't lecture me on that.. I just want to know if anyone has any expierence with this, and if he is going to be kicked out... Thank you.. They are saying that he is went over his sgt platoons head, and that's why they are angry. because he todl him to drop the subject..
