Ok so I really want to work in some way on the production team for this great movie that's been announced, but I have no previous experience and am just finishing high school. I'd be happy with just a crappy role like gopher or just being an assistant or whatever, I just really want in! I'm a pretty high achiever with heaps of awards for academic and cultural things, I'm really organised and I have a real interest in film but I haven't been able to pursue this as I go to a small school that doesn't offer any classes etc. Do you think that if I wrote a letter to someone at the production company talking about how much I'd love to work for them, even just in a menial role, and telling them about what I'm good at they might consider me? Or do you have any other suggestions for how I could get a job on this project?. Thanks so much!.

I know a man who is a 17 stone rugby player and his parents named him Tarquinn ..Bless he does get some grief but to be honest it may have caused him problems ie embarrassment but he is a highly successful man

How do I word it? it is for my mother who only speaks spanish and I speak english and spanish but her doctor speaks english only?.

my father was living with my sister in nevada he had a savings account and she spent all the money she said that she was entitled to it even thought she was on the account did she have the right to that money my father is 74 years old.

I've looked on the NYC housing board for answers but couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm hoping someone here is familiar with NYC housing/real estate laws and can offer some advice.. . Basically my boyfriend bought an apartment with his ex four years ago. She ended things about a year later. He assumed they would then sell the apartment but she refused and is still refusing to this day. She wants my boyfriend to just walk away from the apartment. He wants to sell because he wants money from the apartment. The kitchen renovation was paid for on his credit card (she never contributed to that $8,000) and he's been paying mortgage payments for four years now. Plus he can't walk because he needs his name off the mortgage.

I agree with the answer from Klem, but I would add one more caveat. Use only a standard printed Power of Attorney form and do not draft a specialized one of your own. Because if anyone is unhappy somewhere down the road and complains to the State Bar you could be hit with a UPL lawsuit.
