estate planning

Can I take out the "Gift Agent" section out of a Power of Attorney contract?

The answer depends on the state you're in and what's required under the laws of probate there. You also should consider the size and complexity of the estate itself. Is there a good deal to do with regard to bequests, property and liabilities?

Need a free Eviction form for Nebraska?

Contract Question??

which is rather difficult to do when you don't have a credit card. I live in (and was born in) Missouri, if that makes any difference. Someone, please help me, I am so lost..

When I was about 13 my mother remarried and legally changed my name to reflect that of her new husband, who was an abusive individual. Now that I am over 18 I would like to change my name back to my original birth name. I know I can just file a name change petition but is there any way to actually dissolve the first name change, as though it never occurred? That's what I want to know. I want to erase any connection to this individual who brought me nothing but harm. How can I do this? I live in CA if that makes a difference..
