Growing up on a farm in rural Utah taught Craig the value of hard work, tenacity, and integrity. These attributes have shaped his life. In high school, although he was undersized, he captained his football team's offensive and defensive lines and garnered all region and all state honors. He also dedicated himself to his studies, graduating second in his high school class, earning full tuition academic scholarships, and receiving Magna Cum Laude honors at BYU and Baylor Law School.
Craig's work ethic, tenacity, and integrity continue to motivate him as an attorney. He has tried twenty-three jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, including trials for DUI, assault and battery, property damage and destruction, trespass, dog bites, and traffic accidents. In addition to his trial experience, he represents his clients before Utah's appellate courts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and has authored or co-authored many appellate briefs.
Craig is married to the girl of his dreams, and they have four children. He enjoys watching BYU football, reading, writing, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family.

Nope.. If writing is completely effortless, I don't think enough work is going into it.. There will be times, where the story is effortless, and you'll have scenes that just seem to flow out like they were meant to. At those times, then yes, writing at that particular moment might not feel challenging. But writing as a whole, including everything a writer has to do to create a story, it is definitely a challenge. A fun challenge? Sure. But a challenge nonetheless.
My child's school has, for the past year and a half, repeatedly sent me a consent form to sign, "voluntarily" giving the school the right to access and share my child's immunization records.. . The interesting part is that it also contains a line stating that the consent, once given, can be expanded to include other government agencies and private industry.. . Despite my declining to sign the form, they keep sending it home with my child, and telling my child "make sure your parents sign this form or you might not be allowed to go on field trips in the future" or other such things.. . I feel that my child is protected under HIPPA from disclosing this information. The form clearly states "I consent to having this information released" and I do NOT consent, so I refuse to sign it.. . If it were not for the fact that they reserve the right to expand this release of information without my consent, input, or even notification, I'd sign it. But this is a complete waiver of my child's rights.. . Thoughts?.
I need help writing this..?
