Hi, it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your business. LLC's are straight forward, Corporation is more complicated, protects you from personal liability but, comes with a boat load of reporting requirements. You should talk with an attorney or CPA that handles business start-ups. There are pros and cons to each entity structure.
