I need any one's help to prepare my resume, can anyone help me out. I'll be thankful.. I am working in an US healthcare medical billing as an Analyst cum caller, hence I need to some tips to show my profile to the employers, please give some sample resumes for my reference.

It's 98 cents an ounce for a regular air mail letter. You don't have to fill out any forms if all you send is a letter. If it's just a couple of pages 98 cents worth of stamps should be fine.. If you decide to send a package you would have to fill out a form that states what's inside and it's value.

I?m in Marketing, and I have two people that work for me that create email templates and their contents. They send to me, I look it over, and then I send it to my boss before I send it to our clients. For the past two months, these two have made consistent mistakes that I always catch. I always send them a reminder that they need to double check what they are sending me because even the smallest mistakes could have the biggest consequences. Every week, no matter what I say, there are still mistakes. I spoke to my boss about it, and she said that I shouldn?t have to keep cleaning up their mess and we don?t pay them to make mistakes. I agreed, and she sent them a warning email.. . Two weeks ago, these two employees messed up something big. It was the teeniest mistake, but it gave us a HUGE mess to clean up to the point where we are going to have to send over 70,000 clients apology letters and what not because their orders didn?t go through because they messed up one letter in a URL. My boss blamed the whole thing on me, not clarifying what the mistake was, when she missed that mistake as well. She went to the President of our department and sent out a mass email pointing out that it was MY mistake and that I will be cleaning up the mess that was made. I don?t mess with the emails, all I do is send them out. I agree that it was my fault that it wasn?t caught, but shouldn?t my boss take some blame as well because everyone knows she has to approve them before I send them instead of blaming the entire thing on me and making me look awful in front of the entire company? The way she?s been wording things has apparently made people believe that I did this on purpose according to a couple close friends in upper management. I?m honestly disgusted.. . I have no problem sending the apology email, but I do have a problem that no one thought to give a heads up to the two employees who made the mistake in the first place. I don?t deal with that kind of disciplinary action, that?s where my boss is supposed to step in. But those two are getting off completely scot-free while I take the entire blame. I also have a problem with what people are saying. I?m ALWAYS at work while the other three in my department, including my boss, rarely ever show up. I?ve even been told that I?m more loyal than the rest of the employees here because I constantly make sure everything is correct. Now my reputation is ruined here and I?ve had some of my duties taken away from me because I?m apparently not trustworthy.

Go to the Microsoft website and search their templates for an employment resignation letter. They should have templates you can download and then change the info to match yours. Thats the easiest way. Or you could just write the following:. . Dear XXXXX,. . As of today, March 7, 2012 I respectfully give my notice of resignation. My last day with the company will be XXXXX. I thank you for providing me with the opportunity to work here. I wish you and the company the best of luck.

Did the verbal salary meet a level you will accept? Usually salary negotiations do not occur until after a candidate is hired unless the company uses a salary scale. Do your homework. Find out what the company is paying for beginning employees in similar positions. You may wish to send a letter of your own stating that you are looking forward to working for the company and that you are satisfied with the verbal salary of $___. If the salary is not acceptable, ask to set up an appointment to negotiate salary. Make sure your experience and qualifications will justify requesting more.
