  • Paul Drecksel practices in the area of Commercial Litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain, construction and real estate related matters. He has a unique and balanced perspective on the subject of eminent domain as he has spent approximately half his time representing condemning authorities and the remainder representing landowners subject to condemnations. He has tried eminent domain cases to juries and the bench and recently recovered over $11 million on behalf of a landowner who lost his land to condemnation.

Mr. Drecksel handles delay, interference, acceleration, construction defect, and other construction litigation matters for clients throughout the western United States, including matters pending in federal and state courts and in arbitration.

Please help me with this question:

I just got married in florida, but I live in New York I tried to change my name on my drivers license in new york but they need an original marriage license, but the state of florida only issues copies so now I can't change my name on my license over here. I find this really ridiculous but I just don't know what to do. Can anyone give me any advice on how I can go about doing this?.

I am trying to create a form where there is a link such that when a user clicks on the link, it opens his email client and puts in my subject in the "to" field.. . I've seen tons of those forms, but now, when I wish to look at the code, I dunno, I can't seem to find any.. . Again, I'm talking about the one that when you click the link, it opens your email client so that you can email the author or the admin of that page.. . I know how to setup a mailing thing with PHP, so that's not what I'm looking for.. . Thanks for any help!. Puts in my email in his "to field"* no subject..

Estate Tax Question...?

Yes, she needs to become legal. And most places that hire nurses don't just check documents, they do background checks, too. She will absolutely fail a background check because she's here illegally. Also, nurses have random drug checks, but you didn't ask about that. The thing is, hospitals and doctors are VERY careful about who they hire. Someone who is vulnerable to blackmail, such as an illegal alien, won't get hired. There's a lot of drugs and expensive equipment in clinics and hospitals.. . She will have to become a legal resident of the US, at least, and she'll have to have a work permit, too. Not all legal residents are allowed to work in the US.. . Oh, and she's not Mexican-American. She's not American at all. American means that you're here legally.

Sitting in the office listening to the other agents tell you what will not work is not the key to being a successful real estate agent.
