  Francis Mayo is a graduate of Suffolk Law School where he obtained his J.D. degree in 1982. He began his practice of law with Thomas F. Fitzgibbon in the same year.

  Since the inception of his career, Francis Mayo has been active in community and charitable affairs. He is a former Chairman of the Marblehead Planning Board and has been a Special Town Counsel for Land Use matters since 1988. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees and President of The Old Marblehead Improvement Association, The Lynn Home for Young Women, the John Bertram House and the Salem Athenaeum. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Family and Children's Services of Greater Lynn.

Most definitely yes. Also, lack of general health care workers because most will retire as they age. Other baby boomers will age as well, increasing the older adult population, and creating a gap in the workers because there will be a punch of new grads and lots of retiring veterans of the system. Older population have increased health problems, injuries etc. so there may be a problem in receiving surgeries in a timely fashion and so on. The system will become more of a business than it is now, as facilities will try to out do each other when paying physicians in order to keep them.. . Hope that helps.

I was hit from behind by an uninsured motorist and I filed a claim on my own auto policy under the uninsured motorist coverage. I do not have an attorney at this point, and I don't know what to expect. My medical treatment is almost over and I will be ready to settle the claim soon..

I am getting married and my fiance wants to change her name after marriage. But the wedding will be in India and I currently live in the US and will come back to USA with her after wedding. How do we go about getting her name changed because we will be leaving India about 10 days after marriage and her Passport will have her old name and she needs to attend the visa interview as well. Can we start this process early without having to wait for the actual wedding?.

Seems like you have some invalid XML code somewhere. I have no idea where. Bit of advise though, I stopped working with XML based templates because they are a pain in the you know what to get working correctly. XML was used before the advent of CSS and more advanced scripts and is generally considered obsolete. You will always have issues with a XML based template, and the scripting is a nightmare to work with. I would seriously consider changing over to a CSS based template.

If you have that much time, why don't you actually put it on the market with a Realtor now and try to get a better price? Why on earth would you plan to sell to dirt bags who will only offer you half what it's worth?

Okay i ordered from hollister (9 items) and ae (8 items) online on saturday, I put them both on rushes cause im just not waiting and the malls too far from me. How will they come to my house. I live in a condo will they come to my door? Will i have to sign? I hope i will have to sign and they wont leave it because someone in the building had sticky fingers. My neighbor is a gucciholic and has had 3 packages stolen! I don't want to experience having my packages left at the door. Also how are they clothes packaged are they rapped? Do they smell like the store too lol
