Ok So I live on 90 acres that I rent, I have a fence around my back yard and a mile long driveway. My question is my landlord just shows up at all hours of the day and makes himself at home on the back deck, he also has a tendancy to block our driveway with tractors his trucks etc. I have a business I run through my home and its a major inconvenience to my customers whom cannot make it down my driveway because he leaves his truck and wanders the land.. Is this allowed?? Also it took us 2 years to get him to fix the front windows that had shattered and we put plywood over them he recently hired someone to come in and fix them but told the company they were not to drywall, so now I have a plastic wall in my living room( what can I do about this) Not to mention the heating ducts he put in in January of 2010 but still has not covered them , when I had asked he said that they are not a big bother.. I have in the past contacted the bylaw inspector (turns out they were child hood friends) I had called the police because I was left without heat for 2 months ( Locks were changed on me over that one) I have contacted the landlord tenant board ( Got called every name in the book) I am out of ideas and patience.. Any advice??? Oh and I have sent him and handed him numerous letters, sat down with him and tried to come to some sort of agreement but I always end up getting told off..

If you make health care universal, the masses of underprivileged families benefit in general, although that's all dependent on the wealth of the nation.. . On the other hand, if you make health care universal, and abolish the private sector, families who can afford superior health care are screwed. The overwhelming sick and elderly will definitely put some pressure on our taxes.. . It's a conflict of morals, really. Is it right to make everyone pay for you? And is it right to let families go under because they can't even afford to stay healthy?. .
