Hi, ive been out of work for some time, due to illness, and now im starting to apply for job's again.. Ive seen a vacancy that i'd like to apply for, Employment Advisor, but abit out of practice with cover letter.. They ask, How would you support your clients, in this current economic climate, to ensure they find suitable sustainable work ?. Any help, greatly appreciated :). Thank's Sarah :).

When my wife and I divorced 2 years ago, we had a visitation agreement drawn up and we both signed it but it was NOT signed by the judge. Now, she and I are at odds and she's refusing to let me see my son. What do I need to do to have our visitation agreement signed by a judge? Also, roughly how much time would it take for an attorney to handle something like this? And is this something that we'd have to go before the judge to do or could he simply just sign it since my wife and I both already agreed to the terms and signed it ourselves?.
