I was wondering is there some format to writing a book that I should follow, should I make a detailed plan of what is going to happen in the book or have no plan and just write? Should I have a kind of character profile for my main characters or let them develop on there own as I write? These are some of the questions I like to know the answers to.. . To be honest any help of direction you can give me would be of great help.. . Thanks :).

i'll get back to you... . EDIT:. "RE-4 - Individuals separated from last period of service with a nonwaiverable disqualification (refer to AR 601-280). Ineligible for enlistment except as provided for in paragraphs 2-7c and 2-7d. (See waiverable moral and administrative disqualifications.) Disqualilication is nonwaivable.". . Per the regulation referenced it seems you can apply for a waiver to HRC-Alexandria. You need a recruiter willing to work hard for you. You will have to write a letter explaining the situation, in which you come clean about the past & SELL them on taking a chance on the new you (they're going to have a valid concern that you'll flake out again when it's time to go to work after they've spent a bunch of money training you).

Hi there, I left a job 2 years ago (on very good terms) and I find myself pitching myself to them for a job opening. I know pretty much everybody there on a first name basis (including the 2 people I am sending the resume to). My question is, how do I write a cover letter to them? I don't want it to be like they have no idea who I am, but at the same time don't want it to be overly friendly and non-business like. Any ideas what to write?

I would like to change my first and middle name. I know that is kind of lame but honestly the middle name is what i really want to change but i figured i would change my first name too while I am at it cause I really don't like it. Its to exotic, its sky, and I want something more common and normal. Anyway my middle name is named after my mothers infidelities and so I need to know what the steps are to changing your name and how much it costs. Thanks for any information you can give me..
