Yes and NO. If the debt can be verified and is not time barred (beyond your states statute of limitations) then it will not work to get it removed.. . If the debt is beyond your states SOL and you request verfication/validation of the debt and they can not prove it in the proper manner, then you simply contact the credit reporting agency that lists the debt and request that it be removed.. Here is a sample letter:. . Your Name. 123 Your Street Address. Your City, ST 01234. . ABC Collections . 123 NotOnYourLife Ave . Chicago, IL

Now I've gone through a legal name change, and wonder if I have to inform the IRS about this, or merely updating my information on my Social Security card would suffice?

My husband is in the military (active) and so is his brother(reserves) We are going to be keeping their two boys both under two for three months how would we be able to obtain temporary custody during this time so that we can ensure that they can keep medical coverage through the state?.

Here in the UK you cannot change the name of a child without the biological fathers permission.. If you did change her name from A to B and divorce and remarry again does she change her name to C?. Why not ask your current husband to change his son's surname to that of his half sister and see what response you get.. You cannot re write your family history to suit you and your man of the moment.

Letter of reference for Principal??

does anyone know how i can legally change my name for free?
