It's mostly a situation of you over-thinking the situation, but that being said, you're the client and your attorney has a responsibility to you to keep you informed and to answer your questions when you have them.. . With regard to your signature, that's not something I'd worry about. Your attorney can sign for you, though your consent is required (either before or after the fact.) This DOES make it easier to get things done, which makes you spend less money.. . With regard to the deposition, that's a bit more troubling: your attorney should have a calendar of all appearances, motion dates, and filing dates for each case, and a system by which they are reminded of pending deadlines/appearances. If they did not receive notice of a deposition, that's not the attorney's fault: sometimes opposing parties do not contact attorneys with such notices because they may not be aware that party is represented. They then rely on the clients to pass along that information (which you did do.) I dislike this practice, but sometimes it's necessary. That your attorney STILL didn't know when the deposition was scheduled is not the end of the world, but it does inconvenience you.. . In the end, you may want to take some time to sit down with your attorney and speak to him/her about your concerns.

Writing a letter to the editr is no different from writing a composition. It is basically a reasoned argument expression agreement with or opposition to an issue addressed to the editor of a newspaper. First decide which policy, measure or issue you want to write about. Then jot down a few reasons why you are for or against it. Then start writing. You can start your letter by saying, . "Dear Editor, . I'm writing to you about the motorway that the government is planning to build in my village. The proposal is to build a road straight through the center of my village. I'm strongly opposed to it for three reasons. One, ............. ". . Make sure that you site at least three good reasons for supporting or opposing the proposal or action. Makes it look better. . You could also criticise the coverage or the reporter who covered the news. In which case you can say something like, "I believe that the reporter's coverage of the events was extremely biased......"

Why won't California Courts allow me to use any kind of Power Of Attorney?

I've been getting bullied at school and I had to write a letter to a teacher, explaining how I want to be home schooled. . However, the teacher has said that my current public school can't provide anything to help with home schooling, and I refuse to go back or go to another school. . Would I just be taken out of my current public school and start learning from home? Or do I have to go to a new school?. . Do not tell me to go to a public school because I do not want too.. I don't want to go to a new school because it'll keep happening.. Also I live in the UK, Y!A just changed it..
