  • My long-standing interest in the law, coupled with my belief that Christian attorneys can make a meaningful difference, fueled my pursuit of a career in law. Chief Justice Warren Burger's quote, "Lawyers can be healers", was inscribed with prominence both at our law school and in my heart.

I believe that as attorneys, we not only must exhibit excellence in the practice of law, we also must have compassion for those we serve. A family or financial problem is one of the most personal and painful. To be entrusted with another's most important issues is truly an honor.

I am gratified to be a member of this profession.

lawyer Dicke, Kristine L. Reviews

i need this form so i could sign some doc for my parents (they r buying a house ) but she lives in nyc n i live in fl and she cant be flying back and forth. can i get some links with the exact form i need and all ill do is plug in names thanks you.

You can't be arrested for sending a letter to your mother. Just don't threaten to hurt her. Tell her you're disappointed in her as a mother and after all she has done it hasn't made you stoop to her level as you're a better person. Then don't bother with her again. After all you suffered as a child, are you going to let her drag you down in adulthood? She will probably write back to make excuses so you feel sorry for her and make you feel bad.

I am pretty much new to this all. I am 19, planning on joining the air force. I have no credit card yet. No bills no nothing all I do is work and pocket the money. I heard estate and mutuals are the way to go... not even sure which or what. CD are very low return...money market is like a savings account and low returns....I dunno what to do! help anyone? I kinda want to play cautious but aggresive enough to go somewhere with my money..

I think you need a Power of Attorney. While these can sometimes be a bit technical, usually there's a simple form you can get from your local Department of Motor Vehicles (or whatever they are called in whichever country you are in) that will allow your daughter to sign on your behalf.

I am in need of recommendation letters from my teachers, for my college applications.. I'm thinking of putting together a package that has all of the materials that my teachers will need so that it could help them write my letter of recommendation since some colleges don't have the template of the recommendation letter.. . I have included:. . Resume. Addressed and Stamped Envelopes. Final Deadline for Submission of My Letters.

My mother has an elderly friend who was in a nursing home. She created a POA to her daughter to handle her bank account and finances. Now she's made at her daughter, and wants to take it back. . BTW, she's out of the nursing home as well as being in full command of her facilities. . Thank you for any help you can offer.. This in California. Sorry.. Is there anything we can do ourselves without the expense of an attorney?.
