I issued a power of attorney to my father in 1989 when I was a citizen of India and residing in that country. Since then, I have become a citizen of United States. Do I need to reissue a power of attorney stating that I am citizen of United States for transactions to be valid or will the old one still be honored although it gives my nationality as Indian and occupation as business (whereas my present occupation is service and has been as such for the last decade or so)?. Edited to add: this is my concern, the old POA was used to sell off some property without my consent or knowledge. The sale deed notes that I am a citizen of India residing at my India address (as specified in my original POA). Is the sale still valid given that the details on my sale deed are incorrect as to my nationality, residence, and occupation?.
ugh i have to read it too. I actually bought cliffnotes to help better understand each chapter (if possible, get it, because it makes the story more interesting and its easier to understand). . I'll just give a quick summary of Custom House because u don't really have to read it, but it'll come in handy if u do:. Ok, so Hawthorne is in Salem Custom House, and he's looking around and he stumbles across a manuscript and the scarlet letter. The manuscript he finds, is what the story's based on. The letter is nothing but a piece of fabric but he says he felt that the letter had heat radiating off of it - as if it had life.. . That's pretty much the importance of it, because throughout the story, you eventually get what the author meant by, 'the letter having life' (something like that).
Does anyone know of a template that has colorful paint splatters all over it for my website. Thanks for any answers!.
