• Nathan J. Aman is a partner with Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P.   Mr. Aman serves as panel counsel for?various insurance companies and defends design professionals, developers and subcontractors in complex construction defect litigation in Northern and Southern Nevada. Mr. Aman is active in the Construction Section of the Nevada Bar and?was the past President of the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern Nevada.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Aman was on the Dean's list all four years at ASU, was selected as a Political Science Junior Fellow and wrote his honors thesis in history on civil rights. Trying to remove the focus of the actual prophecies that Isaiah was talking about is what the New Testament replacement theology must do to try to fit its dogma to any of the books of Tanakh that the Christian Bible has in its' Old Testament adaptation.. . In Chaper 7 the NT imposes a "virgin birth" prophecy that doesn't exist.. . The child isn't the prophecy. The prophecy is what will happen just before the time the child the woman who is then pregnant with will be old enough to know the difference between good and evil. Keep reading Isaiah and don't skip and take your own advice.. The child doesn't become a god. That is blasphemy to God's commandments to Israel. . God is speaking to Ahaz through Isaiah in prophecy. The child?s birth isn?t the prophecy. The child?s lifetime is used as a guidepost to help him know when to look for the sign to happen. The prophecy is that before the child that the woman was then pregnant with was old enough to refuse the evil and choose the good, the two kings that Ahaz feared would be destroyed. THAT was the sign. If you read further on, that happened.. Isaiah has a lengthy narrative condemning the very notion of men becoming a god. Chrisian dogma takes it and cloaks that by imposing two beliefs contradictory to Torah ( fallen angels and a Devil ). ****There is no "fall" of any angels in the Hebrew Bible. I find it interesting that both passages of Tanakh that are linked to a fall of angels in Christian doctrine, in their context in the Hebrew Bible are condemning the notion that men can become gods.*****. . If you believe that the eternal covenant of Israel can be replaced, then why would you have faith that your covenant would be any less likely to be replaced?
