how would i go about legally changing their name in California?

As far as style, use text only. You can have some creativity with the heading fonts, but DO NOT use graphics or patterns anywhere. That makes it look like you're trying TOO hard.. Also, resumes are supposed to be in sentence fragments and bullet points. If you feel like explaining yourself in more detail is necessary, use a cover letter.. . I will soon be a college graduate, and, while I have had my retail job for two and a half years, I've had to modify some of the sections in my resume because I don't really have anything like an "objective" or any "technical skills.". . My resume's headings are, in order:. PROFILE (to replace objective

Let's say Mr X creates a revocable Trust in year 2005 and puts all of his assets into the Trust, which specifies that after his death, those assets go to Mr A. Then in year 2006, Mr X writes out and signs a Last Will and Testament specifying that all of his assets go to Mr B upon his death---but he fails to include language in the Last Will and Testament that the 2005 Trust is to be null and void, being superseded by the Last Will and Trust. He dies in 2007. Who gets the assets, Mr A, or Mr B, and why? Or will the courts find his estate to be effectively intestate, so that all his assets go to Mr C, his surviving immediate family? . nitin, no explanation given at all? How do I know that you are right about this?. Oh, I absolutely agree with you, armychick_2001, in that this can easily end up in courts. However, you seem to agre with my advice to the people involved that the provisions of the 2005 Trust holds, since all the assets have already been put into it, leaving nothing left for any Will to direct..

he wants to be told what is.. . Have a sense of humor. . Business jargon is often cold, stiff, and unnatural so a sense of humor is refreshing and a nice surprise in a business letter. Be natural

There is an exception in the law that allows the attorney to purchase the home first and then sell it to a prospective client since it is his own property at that point. However he would have to pay 2 closing cost and that would take a lot of the profit out of the sales and probably not make it worth the effort unless the property was really undervalued by the seller.
