Where can you get free power of attorney papers?

I have recently changed my title from "miss" to "lady", (i bought the title) as i now own land. however i want to change my first name by deed poll. You are not allowed to change your title to make people believe you have inherited the title "lady" so I will loose my "lady" title (as i have not inherited it) will i be able to buy back my title, like i did before, once i have changed my name???. . many thanks. Because wealthy landowners in the UK, change their title to lady, lord/laird. just like a qualified doctor would change theirs to Dr..

i just got married and changed my name.

I was wondering if my family could take my friend with us to another country outside of North America. She's considered an unaccompanied minor, so would the airlines let us take her? She's one of my really good friends, so...?.

The name on your naturalization certificate is your legal name, and should be all the proof you need of your name. If you need proof of the change, there were two copies of the name change request/approval. You should have received one with your certificate. I believe the other is retained by the federal court where you had your ceremony. Try contacting them. (I doubt that it is available online.) If the court doesn't have it, try filing a FOIA request (Form I-639, if I remember) with USCIS to get a copy of your file.
