    Mr. Sgroi's practice is concentrated in the area of matrimonial law and the related issues addressing child custody; spousal and child support; marital settlement agreements; parental relocation; and premarital and postmarital agreements. In addition, Mr. Sgroi has been a solicitor for the City of Warwick since 2004, where he is responsible for the prosecution of misdemeanor criminal matters such as domestic violence and driving under the influence, as well as municipal law issues that arise in the city.

    When away from the office Mr. Sgroi enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and has been involved for the past eleven years in youth basketball in Rhode Island.
