You need to get something drawn up right away and not just a will but Estate Executor, Power of Attorney, and Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare.. . If she dies without a will - intestate - then you'll need to go to probate court and have them appoint either you or your father as acting administrator of her estate. If she has no living spouse then the court will appoint her next of kin, your father, as the administrator unless they find him unsuitable or he declines. The house would go to him. You and your father should look into estate taxes and figure out how you intend to pay them without selling the house. It gets more complicated so seek the advice of an attorney.

Logos is usually the easiest to use, and for all intents and purposes, the last you should apply to your work (I'll get back to how you should write these sorts of papers in a second).. . Pathos is fairly easy to implement as well. Give examples that invoke emotions in the reader. Have there been any homicides due to violent TV shows? Do some research and put it in your letter somewhere. The hook is usually a good place for this.. . Ethos is by far the most difficult to implement. Make sure to explain why you're qualified to have an educated opinion (things like I have seen..., I have experienced..., I have studied..., work well). Once again, ethos basically is, "why the heck are you qualified to make this opinion?" If you answer this question, ethos is covered.. . Now, when you write essays focusing around ethos, pathos and logos, always implement ethos and pathos first. Make your authoritative and emotional arguments first. An essay should not be based around facts, it should be based on opinions SUPPORTED by facts. After you've written the essay using only ethos and pathos, do some research for supporting evidence.. . Good luck.

Their power and authority is based on their members. How they move up through the ranks, might be what you are asking?. . That is probably gained best by what they are able to get management to accept and a track record of doing more than others around them.

Standard format. This is the most traditional layout for a CV but remember that no format is set in stone. It gives details by subject: qualifications, work experience, key skills and abilities. . Personal details: These should be clearly shown at the top of the first page and include your name, date of birth, university and home addresses, telephone number and e-mail address.
