to ask for a job application what is the proper professional way to say it?
College Application: Teacher Evaluation and/or Letter of Recommendation?
My dad is in a nursing home after havin 3 strokes and my bro won't do anything and said he didn't wanna make any decisions. I won't him moved to a different home and how do I need to go about with a power of attorney on him.. I was talking about a regular one. He is conscious but he is in and out of knowing what is going on as he believes he's at home some times,no sense of time and says he has to go to work even though he's been retired for a year. In this case what's the best thing to do..
Recently, my application for undergraduate studies in NTU has been rejected. Can some one help me to construct a model appeal letter?.
i dont contact my father anymore and me and my mother want to change our names to my mothers original surname. i know that i have to find my mothers divorce certificate and my birth certificate ,and that i can redo my passport and school/work i can change my details but where do i start? like what do i do?also how can i change my facebook name? (and email and twitter).
Now, that being said, on our marriage license (California), at the bottom is says something like "If wife is changing her name, the new name will be...." So the license actually lists my name with my maiden name and then my new name at the bottom. I don't know if that is normal or if that made a difference.. . Sorry I can't really help, but I agree that this is confusing and definitely not my experience!. . Also, I followed the list on the link below, but I don't think it will tell you anything you don't already know. As far as I know, get a new SS card is always the first step as that is your identification with the federal government.
