  • Mari Jo Clark graduated from the University of Arizona, in Tucson and then received her law degree from Tulane Law School, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Formerly a business owner, Ms. Clark started her legal career in 2000 practicing in the insurance defense field in Chicago, Illinois. In 2001 she focused her practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, while working with a large national law firm. After only a year, Ms. Clark was promoted to the position of managing attorney of the firm’s Chapter 13 Practice. In this position she assisted clients in understanding the complex issues of Chapter 13 Plans and aggressively defended their rights through courtroom litigation and motion practice. Ms. Clark held this position until 2003, when she was invited to open the firm’s first Arizona office, located in Phoenix, Arizona. While building a successful Phoenix office, Ms. Clark continued to develop her skills by attending Continued Legal Education seminars to stay apprised of recent developments in the law and by researching new legal topics.

In 2004 Ms. Clark decided that a large law firm setting is not capable of giving the personalized attention and quality service that her clients deserve. She formed Clark Law Offices to provide the public with access to an experienced attorney at a reasonable price. Clark Law Offices is a boutique style law firm whose clients receive attention beyond that which most lawyers are able to devote, but without the high fees. At Clark Law Offices, Ms. Clark has expanded her practice to also include Estate Planning and Business Formation. In 2004 Ms. Clark completed an Advanced Estate Planning course dealing with highly complex Estate Planning issues. However, Ms. Clark has maintained fees at a level affordable to those with large or small estates. Working with so many clients of diverse backgrounds during her practice, Ms. Clark developed the knowledge and experience beyond that of most attorneys in the profession. Her clients have also appreciated her honest and compassionate approach to her practice.

And, they had no sights to Mr. Forrest for many years. I am 100% fully custody to kids living with me. I filed a divorce against Mr. Forrest in 2000 and finalize in 2001. I filed restraining order against him three times over the kids because of child abuses by him in 1997-1999 before my divorce was filled. With Restraining order for 3 years, he hadn't seen the kids. He barely visited to see kids after 3 years RO is over in 1999- 2000. He had only seen kids once or maybe twice visits for a few minutes to maximum 1 hour per year. My kids wrote their last name as Parker since they were infants but the graduation certificate at the Elementary and Middle schools had their father's last name as they didn't want the last name on their public schools. The school requires to use the legal last name from the kids' birth certifications. Hope anyone out there who can help me how to do solve it for the kids' sakes..

Where can I find sample grievance letters?

mu last name is my dads last name but my dad left so can i use my mums last name.

. and that's something I carried with me all my life.

The poor thing is recovering from brain surgery. She might need at least 3 months to recover fully, if she does fully recover. In the mean time, will the landlord evict her? Will they turn off the electricity and water? Will the debtors send her to collections? We would like for her to come home to her own apartment and stuff someday..

First thing you will need is "Dear Sir/Madam/Mr A/Mrs B" (whoever it is for). Then state the position you are applying for and that you have included a copy of your CV (remember to include a copy of your CV). Then a brief outline of why you would be good for that role and what qualities, skills, education etc you posess that you feel make you well suited for the role.. A cover letter doesn't need to be lengthy so it wont take you much time at all. 3-4 Paragraphs will do, I have included a sample so you get an idea of the layout, and you just need to add all your own information to bulk it out, good luck :-D
