estate planning
You cannot change your name here until you become naturalised. If you change your name in your home country you would need to get a new passport and your visa reissued under your new name. otherwise immigration will think your doing something illegal.
I signed a document with a medical transcription school and decided it is not giving me the education I believe I need for this career. They are saying that I have to pay $500 to cancel my classes. I did not formally sign anything. I typed my name on an electronic document. Can they legally send this to a collection agency if I don't pay it?.
I have just made a team but I keep wanting to draft players and it says "Your roster will remain empty until after your league's draft. Until then, feel free to edit your Pre-Draft Player Rankings" how can I start playing and drafting.
The term that you use, "estate agent" is a term that is used in Emgland as I recall.. . I am in the UnitedStates, the equivalent in the United States would be real estate agent.. . In the United States real estate agents are very poorly trained. I would not recommend that anyone become a real estate agent.. . I am a real estate investor. I work primarily with attorneys and appraisers. I do not work with real esate agents because I do not see that they have anything of value to offer.. . I recommend that you consider law with a specialty in real estate rather than becoming an extate agent.. . If the law does not suit you, I recommend that you consider training as a real estate appraiser. Make certain that the training that you get really qualifies you to be a competent real estate appraiser.. . In the United States there are hundreds of what we call "diploma mills" that give you some training and a piece of paper that says that you are trained as a real estate appraiser. However the quality of the training in these diploma mills is so poor that you are not really trained and qualified to be a competent real estate appraiser.. . In the United States the only organization that really has proper training is The Appraisal Institute. You might want to see if they have something comparable to that in England.
