Differences between sale deed, builder-buyer agreement, agreement to sale and power of attorney?????

Consult an attorney and/or CPA. Find someone specializing in estate planning/family law. There's way too many issues here to trust what your answers might be. Especially if you're dealing with state-funded medical stuff, avoiding paying for it and shuffling assets, etc... There's probably tens of thousands of dollars at stake here. Go spend the money for some real advice.

my grandpa signed a paper last year for my mom to be power of attorney and he was in his right mind when doing so and last month my grandpa got dimentia and my aunt went in and power of attorney papers signed and had him sign it when he wasn't in his right mind and now he is in a nursing home and we want him to move in with my mom and she has taken money out of his checking account and opened a personal account and sold his car which he gave to me.. What can we do in order for my mom to be power of attoreny and who is the actual power of attorney.
