I am intrested in trying to do web sites. However I noticed a lot of areas offer free web sites for exsample there is serveral for real estate. Is there any for general contractors? Help.

I am going to buy a car three hours away (in the province) from a private seller. Now I went to Service Ontario to ask questions, and apparently to go there, I get insured, I change the car to my name and pay the tax on retail price in order to get temporary plates. Is there any other way I could NOT pay so much right away? Or be able to just get temporary plates without permanently signing the car to my name? I need to get the car in two weeks, and Im afraid I wont have sufficient money to do so..
