Okay I have been married to my husband for 2 years. His daughter just turned 16 and his ex wife says he is to pay half of the vehicle she chooses to buy the daughter,auto insurance and extra for gas money. Now he has NEVER missed a payment. So no arrears are owed. Her salary doubles his, and I don't think her husbands wages count but together they make close to 100,00 per year, and he makes 28,000 at the most. And then in the summer we get them 5 days a week and her two ? He has got diagnosed with diabetes and no insurance, so we are out alot on his medications and drs visits. Its hard to even buy necessities sometimes. He was laid off 2 years ago and drawing $270 a week and she was getting half $135 a week for his two children. I don't understand, and then if he doesn't do what she says she threatens that we can't see the kids. If its court ordered what EXTRA do we pay for. We struggle and she hurts for nothing. I thought child support when court ordered was just that $135 per week and health insurance. He paid his half of the deductable when tonsils were removed so TRUST ME she aint been shorted nothing. Has anybody been through this ? And if I thought it would help we would take her back to court, but she would punish the kids and us. It feels like blackmail sometimes !!.

The idea of a dreamweaver template is to provide a framework for each of the pages of your website. The first thing that you need to do is either create a template page or to get hold of a free one like you have. Then you can alter the template page to suit your needs.. . The template is a normal html page, but it has some markers in it to denote what is editable and what is not. It is normal for all the common things on the page to be non-editable and for the content to be editable. For example, the menu will be the same on every page, so it will not be editable, but the content - an article or some pictures - will be different for each page, so these areas need to be editable.. . When you create a new page based on the template, you will be able to add content to the editable part, but not the other bits of the page. In reverse, if you change some of the non editable parts of the template page, this will be applied to all your other pages that are based on the template - hence the power of the template.. . It sounds to me though, that you are a little way off being in a position to use / do this kind of template work and that you might want to consider some more basic html and css tutorials first. Once you have an understanding of how these work, then some of the template stuff should fall into place.. .
