view full width, write only the context, double space, purely block form business letter,it's really formal, good luck...

Can you give me tips and better yet links to any site which has templates since I'm about to fail my subject..

Demand letters are pointless. My former boss didn't even bother writing them, since nothing ever comes of them. Unless you're up against someone who is lacking in resources and thus genuinely afraid of *any* legal action, a demand letter is little more than notice that you're going to sue.

Can a 19-year-old get a job as a real estate agent? How about a 18-year-old?. . My plan is to become a real estate developer and I want to start in real estate ASAP..

wording it properly.

When i signed on in 2011, first interview they gave me a temp form to fill in with job searches which all she done was say do you have A CV,bank account sort code and NI card, i said yer.. showed it to her bla bla bla, i eventually left and went back 5days later to sign on for the first time for real, which because they kept giving me 9AM interviews i was pretty much one of the first ones in there and i had forgot my CV. the lady was nice just said bring it next time otherwise we wont be able to give you the JSA, was part of my agreement i signed anyways to bring it in every time. Never failed to bring it in again. But after 3months they tried forcing me to do charity work or go on a course so i came off it, but i need to sign on again in January and apparently there more stricter now because of cuts and stuff.. . BTW, if you do not have a CV yet just use a website for template CV's and make a basic one, i do not even have qualifications and they said mine was ok... so i think they just want a CV to prove you have them, i printed out like 100, so i could hand in some around shops and write on the slip ive handed some out to shops... but they started to ask for managers names which sometimes puts off the shop giving the CV a chance because they know you are on the JSA.. . Also eventually they will put you on a course for CV help anyways as the job centre staff all work for targets and want to get people on as many courses as possible to meet them.
