• Frank J. Zinna is a graduate of Seton Hall University Law School, cum laude where he also served as Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.? After graduating law school, Zinna joined the law firm of James M. Piro in 1973 and has been a partner at Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo for more than three decades.?
