Where can I get a sample wording for an English last will and testament?

Does anyone know of a software that can do this, or of any other way of doing it. . My company uses this procedure often, but nobody knows who made it or how it is done.

(Note: The is medical bills that are INCURRED not necessarily paid by the victim. If insurance covered 95% of the costs and my client's deductible and/or total out-of-pocket expenses is only $300 - I don't ask for an extra $100. I go off of what the medical bills would have been if there had not been any insurance. So if the medical bills would have been $3,000 but my client only paid $300, I would ask for $300 in actual damages and $1,000 in pain and suffering in an initial demand letter.)

It's within your cover letter that you get specific. Highlight your skills and qualifications, and how they make you the correct candidate for the position you're applying for. There is nothing worse than a generic cover letter.. . When I was in HR, I wouldn't even look at a resume if the attached cover letter was bland or generic. If it was, it signaled that the applicant was more than likely applying to multiple companies for multiple positions. If they couldn't even take the time to properly write a cover letter that addressed my company and our advertised position specifically, then how serious were they about the getting the job?

Apparently I have an old store credit card that I never paid off the balance on. (From when I was 18, im now 24.) I didnt even see it on my credit report. Anyway so now this crazy debt collector is calling me, my parents house, even my father's place of business to try and get me to pay it. (An original debt of 80$, plus some fees and intrest, what they want is under $200). . I offered to immediatley settle the debt, on the condition that I could have documentation, and a breakdown of charges from the original creditor. And the guy says to me 'The debt was charged off by the creditor, and then given to us a recievables management company. Once that happens we do not have access to any type of statements.' (LOL!) I even asked if he could send a statment under his company letter head, citing the original creditor, and he STILL could not send anything. Now they are calling me, threatening to take me to court, garnish wages and blah blah blah.. . I'm not concerned about it. It's still not on my credit report. And even if this company (in california, and im in NY), takes me to court over $200, I will simply say to the judge that I want PROOF.

The link leads you to several free sample cover letters. You should be able to take some points from each and create one cover letter which suits your circumstances.
