  • Providing Aggressive Criminal Defense in Southeastern Michigan

Maybe you made a mistake and need help getting back on track. Perhaps you were accused of something you did not do. Either way, you need an experienced lawyer on your side.

Anytime you or someone you care about is facing criminal charges in Michigan, turn to the zealous defense attorneys at Fausone Bohn, LLP . We are committed to protecting our clients' rights against fraud and other criminal charges, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.

    Experience Can Make the Difference

When it comes to any legal problem, having an experienced attorney on your side can make the difference between winning and losing your case. In criminal defense, the stakes are even higher. Your lawyer's experience can make the difference between going to jail or keeping your freedom.

Our four criminal defense attorneys have over 40 years of combined experience; we know Michigan's criminal justice system inside and out. Each of our criminal defense attorneys have been in the prosecutor's shoes. Because we know how to build a case against an accused person, we know where to look for weaknesses as well. We know how to protect our clients against fraud and other charges at the negotiating table and in the courtroom.

    What You Can Do

Whether you were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time or you made a mistake, we will zealously protect you against the criminal accusations you are facing. Regardless of the charges against you, there are a few things you can do to ensure that your constitutional rights will be protected:

Never admit to anything. Do not sign any statements until we have reviewed them with you. Tell us everything you know. Retain a lawyer as soon as possible.

Put Our Experience to Work for You

We will do everything we can to have the charges against you dropped or reduced or help you avoid jail and minimize the consequences you are facing. We always strive to prove our clients' innocence. However, we will be honest with you about your case; if we think accepting a plea is in your best interest, we will tell you.

I mean since someone who is a natural born ( Cherokee Indian Descendant) US Citizen, would that mean the Social Security cannot deny someone a name change on their Social Security Card to Hanna Montana if they request it?

Can builder demand to see a copy of 'WILL' after submitting him a copy of Probate?

Malpractice Insurance! But mostly the the Dems are run by ambulance-chasing attorneys like John Edwards. How could that possibly happen?. . Obama has so many ideas from Governor Deval Patrick, I feel like he is a candidate for president.

Duh. Of course you can be evicted. The dogs are on your lease so you had absolutely no right to bring them onto the property at all. Geesh. This is really unbelievable. You think the owner has no rights? You can do whatever the hell you want? Not on this planet.. . It sounds like you are moving, place to go or not, your arrogance is not going to matter.

My two year old was potty trained at 15 months, knows all of her letters (upper and lower case), counts objects up to 20 (does not need others to point), able to do basic addition using numbers under 20, traces and writes almost perfectly. Could these be signs of giftedness or is she just bright because we work on these concepts together? She has always been interested in academics and will stay focused for 2-3 hours every morning. Since 6 months, she would sit and "read" independently for 30+ minutes. I know that is not typical of any two year olds we see.. At 18 months, she was singing every song we could teach her by herself correctly. She knew every sound each animal made. She could identify almost every image. This may be standard.. I really am not sure!. I know she could not actually read at 6 mo, hence the quotation marks. I merely meant that she was very interested in books and would keep herself entertained. It can make a difference knowing ahead, a bored child in school can be a train wreck. I am not on yahoo trying to brag or make things up about my child, I was simply asking if these milestones are normal or above average. THANKS!.
