POA does not give the cousin the right to spend the brother's money for her own expenses. That is theft. If your friend can somehow get proof of this, she should take it directly to the district attorney's office.. . Your friend should call any organizations for disabled advocacy in her area. They can refer her to legal services and advocates for the disabled who will assist her brother.

Hi, I have no insurance but would like to get my hormone levels tested and some other blood work. Since it costs so much to just see the dr. (like $100), and I'm a fixed income that just misses the cut off for my state help, can I get lab work done without a dr's orders anywhere to avoid the dr. visit charges? Or any suggestions you might have to help in my scenario ?.

If submitted check to make sure all the required fields are present in the GET, POST, or REQUEST params. Validate them that they contain good data. (Javascript is cool for validation without reloading the page, but if they have javascript turned off, then no validation is done.). . If everything looks good call you mail function and send the email. Or record the form data to a db, and later send them all out in a batch. And echo out your Thank you message.. . If the data didn't validate, show the form again and echo out your error message.

and another to leave it to someone else in the event that adult no 1 is not here.. . Does she need to fill out all of the forms, or just the 3rd one that I mentioned above?. . My aunts/uncles are all grown up, so it does not need to consider custody of the children or anything..
