lawyer Voltin, Chris Reviews

Authority is designated to a person by a superior in the organization. Power is what is recognized by the people that are under the authority. A person can have the authority to do a project, but if the people involved don't recognize that person's authority, the person may not have any power to accomplish the goals.

A Question On Recommendation Letters?

Only when the gas has become a plasma and (density has increased enough) will the optical length be small enough for radiation to be trapped. The proto-star will still be contracting and heat up internally, but the outside temperature, which is now of the order of 4000 K, will no longer increase. Once there the proto-star follows a vertical track downwards in the HR diagram (the Hayashi track) until it reaches the Main sequence.. . (Well, almost: at the end a short spell of deuterium fusion occurs and radiation kick in, so there is a increase in T again.)
