It should have the specifics included and be very clear. Can't write an example when don't know what it is about. It should have beginning time and ending time (as in the expiration of the contract or in extending the contract to a certain date, etc, or can be a change and it remains that way until it is changed in writing by the parties.. . It should have the names of the parties (or union and district) and state the agreement (assuming it is Memorandum of Understanding). It must have a date and lines with names for the parties. It should have witnesses. If it is expected to be used in court then it could be notarized.
