You didn't mention if this letter is required as part of an application, or if you are making an initial inquiry about a study abroad program. If the letter IS an application, then you want to introduce yourself to the program's committee and tell them why you want to study abroad. It's okay to use the first person, present tense like you just did in your post: "I am a freshman/sophomore/junior at Such and Such High School in Exburb, Somestate, and I am very interested in studying abroad, preferably in [name a country or continent]." Then give them your reasons: "I have always wanted to study in [country/continent] because....." Try to be specific and use details. The VA has nothing to do with it - that's for veterans.. . If you are married and your spouse is active duty military, you are eligible for treatment in the Military Healthcare System (military hospitals and clinics) and through the DOD's TRICARE insurance program - but you must be enrolled in DEERS to be covered. There should be a way for your husband to get a dependent ID card issued for you (DEERS enrollment occurs at that time), even while deployed.. . This SHOULD have been taken care of during your husband's predeployment processing - but there is a way he can execute a limited power of attorney for you to get the ID card.

In Tucson Az. i want to change my name to my husbands, but i don't know where to go to get a new social security card in Tucson Az. i need like, the address, or phone number or name i can look up!.

She has been rude to me since day one I have been nothing but smiles and "it would be my pleasure" at all times. I am going to leave 3 letters
