lawyer Rodriques, Lester C. Reviews

This is an area I know quite well because I live here and self-defense is kind of my "hobby":. . -An expandable baton is TECHNICALLY legal because Maryland weapon law doesn't name them as one of the prohibited weapons. There is an "other dangerous weapon," but a polite policeman told me that if it falls in this "other" area, it is your INTENT that makes it legal or illegal, not the weapon itself. Self-defense is a legal intent. Beating people up or robbing them is not. In this regard, a tree branch can be an illegal weapon if used to rob someone, but not if your just doing yard clippings. I carry a Monadnock baton, but that is because I have training. You absolutely should have training if you carry a baton.. . -Handgun permits are pretty much impossible to get in Maryland, so don't bother.. . -Folding knives without a switchblade are legal regardless of size (Due to the "Penknife" exception under 4-101). Granted, while they are ok for defense, I cannot recommend them. A knife is deadly, yet lacks stopping power. You can drive a bayonet through someone's stomach, and they will keep right on punching for another minute or so before they die. Furthermore, several cases, such as In Re Julianna and Thornton V. MD, had people go to jail for murder because they accidentally killed a person with a knife who was attacking them (the attackers were unarmed). . -Pepper Spray is totally legal. There are no restrictions on what kind or how potent. Even sports stores sell it. Fox Labs and Def Tech are the best brands. And don't believe people who say pepper spray will not work on them. I have a youtube channel filled with such people having their bluff called, screaming for the next 30 minutes while they dunk their head in a bucket.. . -The Taser is legal in Maryland with the exception of several cities like Baltimore. I have had reservations about tasers because they cost hundreds of dollars and have to be registered with Taser Intl with all your personal info before the launcher will be able to fire. Further, you only get one shot.. . One last warning I give to people about self-defense weapons: Just because it's legal doesn't mean that every cop you meet knows the law all that well. It happens. The good news at least is that while you may be arrested, you will be released immediately once the supervisor or State's Attorney tells said cop he's wrong.

where i can get Virginia General Durable Power of Attorney for Property & Finances?

Contracts in which one person promises to marry another are never enforced in the United States. Person B can always back out of the "agreement" if they want to. So to answer your question, it doesn't matter whether or not there are any forms of identification used.

DD Form 2792 or AF form 1466??

is she wrongful to tell me to?

My parents, who are in their 70's and somewhat confused, bought a $35,000 car without talking with my sisters and I first. They have some significant medical bills coming up as my dad is having a major surgery in less than a week. They cannot afford this vehicle at all. My family and I are in shock they did this and are wondering if there is anything we can do..
