Where can i get a deed poll to change my name in kenya?

took 2 months longer than predicted to finish.. Company used completely inexperienced workers to do the job b/c their "help from Mexico had not been allowed to come as usual this year".. There were areas where the project did not meet the original plans (ex. size of a brick retaining wall) and there were areas with major quality issues.. I refused to pay for the project until the items were corrected. It took months (the first few they avoided me completely) before they finally corrected the problems.. Then, much to my surprise I received a bill for nearly twice the original proposal ($7000). I was shocked! I was told that the higher amount was because of having their having to rework some of the items. . I don't feel it my responsibility to pay for lost time and materials that resulted from poor staffing on their part. So, I payed the original proposed amount of $4000. I wasn't told that I would be charged for anything when they agreed to redo the items that did not meet my expectations. . Eventually I went through the itemized invoice with the owner and after months of him avoiding me and his lawyer sending me letters I reluctantly took $1500 out of my small savings account and paid that amount to them. I wrote a letter stating that I believed the $1500 to more than pay for the additional materials and that although I don't believe it to be my financial obligation, as a Christian I am willing to turn the other cheek in order to have a peaceful end to the situation. I prefer to put my energy and efforts into helping those in need and this situation was really weighing heavy on me and thus chose to try and peacefully resolve it without the need to add even more clutter to the county's overworked judicial system.. But once again, much to my surprise, a few months later the company returned my check for $1500 to me and I received a formal "complaint" from their attorney. I had to provide an answer to the attorney and to the courts. I did so using a template I found on the county's website. I explained the situation in detail and now find that I am scheduled for a court hearing on June 1st.

Warrior, It is hard enough to be a newly wed without bringing this questionable plan into play. Will all of you be living in the house? How will some one with your credit history get such a huge loan? I would gently tell my parents that the awesome responsibility of this offer is just more than you feel comfortable with. Chances are that if you go through with it, you could end up making or trying to make the payments.. . That is my best good advice to you. Good Luck!

    Renting my house?

. Check with the court to find out if there will be a hearing. If so, bring copies of all documents to the hearing. If the judge grants your petition, he will sign the original decree and you will have your new legal name..
