We are proud that our continued growth is largely the result of referrals from existing clients.

Our method of practice provides clients with direct access to partners knowledgeable in asset-based lending and structured finance, bankruptcy and creditors rights, corporate and commercial law, employment law, estate planning and wealth protection, real estate, life and viatical settlements, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, securities law, and related practice areas. Partners are personally responsible for their clients' matters. As a result, partners regularly meet and strategize with clients, and keep them up to date and informed about the progress of their matters.

We place great importance on understanding each client's unique business or situation and the legal issues they are facing. Only then can we effectively employ our skills for the benefit of our clients.
