I'm moving in with my friend and I want a formal contract about rent, property damage, etc. so I don't have to worry about being kicked out of the house without any notice and stuff like that. Any idea where I can get a template like that??.

I am applying for several large scholarships that require one or two teacher recommendations. Rather than asking all the teachers that consider me one of their best students for a new recommendation every time I apply for a different scholarship, I thought it would be more convenient if I asked one teacher to write me a recommendation letter that he/she would save and use when the following scholarship applications came up, sort of like a template. As only one of my teachers is nice enough and has enough free time, I would still ask various teachers to be the second teacher to recommend me. There are, however, two problems that might occur: (1) the scholarships might require a different format for the letter, causing the teacher to spend time altering the template letter, (2) it might make the teacher think that I am ungrateful for his/her help. Please tell me what I should do (and why) or if I am not considering other factors. Thank you in advance for your mature advice..

How do I go about changing my last name or obtaining my original birth certificate?

how to write an application for a job?

Have you read Suzanne's Diary for Nicolas? It's by James Patterson,I really liked it.

I had to change my name, it was so difficult to pronounce by some people, and when I decided to apply for citizenship it was a chance for me to change my name.. . On the N-400 there's a section where they will ask you if you wanted to have a name change. For me, that was where I made that change.. . **I just would like to add. For those that forgot to make the name change on the N-400, it's never too late. My husband Native-born name was so easy to pronounce, when he applied for Citizenship he choose not to make the change on the N-400 application, Long Story short, he wanted to be more americanized (LOL). During his interview with the officer, she had asked him if he wanted to change his name right after he aced the Test. He did. There was no delays what so ever, infact he got his oath summon 22 days after the interview.
